  • Do we take collection orders?

    Customers who live locally can make collections. To do this just give True Flavours a call and give the kitchen at least 30 minutes to prepare your order.

  • How do I make a pre-order?

    To contact us to make a pre-order please use the information provided on our Contact page.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept cash and card payments (excluding American Express).

  • Are you Halal?

    Yes, all dishes at True Flavours Jamaican Cuisine are Halal.

  • Why have medium sized meals disappeared from Uber Eats?

    True Flavours' medium meals will be exclusively sold from our website from 16/07/21.

  • How much do you charge for delivery?

    Deliveries within a 2-mile radius (from where we are based) are £2.  If you live outside our 2-mile radius, each additional mile is £1 

    Please be aware of this before placing an order for delivery.
